Reader questions, corrections, accessibility queries and press enquiries all arrive at the same desk in Kolonaki. We reply to every message within two working days, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 EET.
Tell us the dates, the travellers and the priority — view, beach, spa, quiet, accessibility — and we will tell you which of the five hotels fits, and which room to request.
Our office is a working editorial office and not open to visitors without an appointment. For scheduled meetings, please write first.
